Cinnamon'a Bar & Grill opened in May 1987 and is located in beautiful slower lower Delaware. Since opening, Cinnamon's and   Chef Tracey has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.

Cinnamon's is a reflection and part of the community of Seaford Delaware. Bringing together friends and creating family. We bring together old friends and new. We  love  the constantly changing seasonal life of Delmarva. And our food is a reflection of the Delmarva lifestyle.
